Haus im Hochland is a small, privately owned holiday home in the Stubai Valley, created for guests who value calm, space, and simplicity. With just three independent apartments, we offer a quiet base to slow down and experience the mountains at your own rhythm.
In winter, the Stubai Valley offers reliable snow, open landscapes, and a wide range of ski areas, from gentle slopes to high-alpine terrain. The valley remains spacious and calm, even during the main season.
Summer brings quiet alpine trails, clear mountain air, and endless possibilities for walking and exploring. From relaxed valley paths to higher mountain routes, nature here feels accessible, unspoiled, and never far away.
This is also our home. We’re Wout and Maxime, originally from the Netherlands — about as far from “Hochland” as you can get. Perhaps that contrast is exactly why we fell in love with this place
