In winter, the Stubai Valley offers reliable snow, open landscapes, and a wide range of ski areas, from gentle slopes to high-alpine terrain. The valley remains spacious and calm, even during the main season.
Summer brings quiet alpine trails, clear mountain air, and endless possibilities for walking and exploring. From relaxed valley paths to higher mountain routes, nature here feels accessible, unspoiled, and never far away.
This is also our home. We’re Wout and Maxime, originally from the Netherlands — about as far from “Hochland” as you can get. Perhaps that contrast is exactly why we fell in love with this place

Haus im Hochland is not a hotel or apartment complex, but a privately owned house with three independent units, intentionally kept small for guests who value calm, space, and simplicity.
Here you stay at your own pace, surrounded by nature, with light-filled interiors, thoughtful design, and a quiet atmosphere that invites rest, reflection, and time outdoors.
